How to Submit Official High School Transcripts

Note - transcripts received via the School Official Document Upload Form must be sent from a person authorized to send official transcripts.

    Other options:
    • Electronic upload by a school counselor (e.g. SUNY Counselor Connect, Common Application, Slate.org, Naviance, SCOIR).
    • U.S. mail sent to: Admissions, 101 Broad Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12901. Transcripts received via mail must bear an authorized signature to be considered official.
    • If a printed transcript is marked "official" and bears an authorized signature and it's received in a sealed high school envelope directly from the applicant, it can be considered official (either sent via mail in an outer envelope or delivered in person). The transcript will be considered unofficial if the envelope from the high school has been opened.
Emailed and faxed transcripts are NOT considered official.
