Admissions Portal - Setting Up Your Account

Logged in before? Click here to go directly to your admissions portal.

You can electronically check the status of your application and missing items online in your Admissions portal.

Before Your First Login:

• Know your NetID (username) and set your password. Your NetID was sent to the email address you used when you applied. Find your NetID using your date of birth.
• Go to the Admissions portal login page. 
• When the SUNY Plattsburgh login page appears, select "Manage Account" (in red under the Login button).

• When the password self-service screen appears, select "Set or Reset Password (in red under the Sign In button). 

• Enter the NetID (username) provided to you from the email sent to you by Admissions. (Note - if you don't have the email, you can click "I forgot my NetID or Alternate Email" to locate your NetID.)

• Verify your identity and set your password.
• Return to the admissions portal login page. Log in, using your NetID as the username and the password you just created.
